The dressing provides a moist environment for the wound surface. It stimulates the healing process, promotes autolytic cleansing of the wound, facilitates the movement of epithelial cells on the wound surface and allows you to remove the bandage without damaging fresh granulations. Granuflex\u00ae hydrocolloid dressing helps to isolate the wound from infection and other external contaminants. The dressing can be used as a primary or secondary in combination with other wound dressings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The adhesive layer contains elastomers that increase the ability of the dressing to bind exudate from the wound, forming a cohesive gel. Treatment of chronic bedsores I-IV stages, ulcers of the lower extremities.
